Terms & Conditions
All orders are subject to approval by TRACY NEGOSHIAN. Accepted orders will be completed by TRACY NEGOSHIAN.
Order Cancellation and Satisfaction Guarantee.
You, the buyer, may cancel this order within three business days from the date of this transaction. (5 business days for Alaska residents, 15 days for residents of North Dakota over the age of 65).
In addition, TRACY NEGOSHIAN offers a money back satisfaction guarantee on products returned wihin 30 days from the date of sale, and an exchange guarantee on products returned within 30 days from the date of sale. If product is returned for an exchange, and the item requested on exchange costs less than the price of the item being returned, TRACY NEGOSHIAN will credit the customer for the price difference.
All returns for a refund or exchange must be returned to the Company unused, with the hangtags attached and in its original packaging along with a copy of the sales receipt. (This is your receipt)
This product satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products damaged by the buyer, and shipping costs are not refundable.
Please contact TRACY NEGOSHIAN headquarters at 727.315.0990 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without an RMA#, any additional items sent back that were not included in the given RMA# will not be accepted, and will be returned at customers expense.
This policy only applies to merchandise shipped from TRACY NEGOSHIAN. If you made a purchase from a stylist's inventory, please contact your stylist directly.
